1. Service
Boosting Sales provides a SaaS that optimizes product pages, runs A/B tests, and generates a merchant dashboard. The service is offered as a Shopify embedded app and as a standalone storefront.
2. Subscription & billing
For Shopify merchants, billing is handled via Shopify Billing API (monthly recurring charges). A free trial of 14 days is offered. Charges renew automatically until the app is uninstalled or the subscription is cancelled from your Shopify admin.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the service, (b) use it to send unsolicited communications, (c) upload illegal content, (d) attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
4. Uptime & support
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Support is provided via email at support@boosting-sales.com within 2 business days.
5. Termination
You may uninstall the app or cancel your account at any time. Upon uninstall, your data is purged according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
